Loon Lake iced out?

I was hoping to go fishing at Loon, and I'm wondering if anybody here knows if it is iced out yet?
Thanks in advance!

What do you mean "iced out"? Is the road iced out? Is the lake iced out, as in no more ice?

A) the road is almost never closed to Loon. It's plowed constantly for SMUD

B) The lake is not frozen over...it's April.
