77bawls, are you hinting for a ride? I'd give you one if I was coming from that direction (I'll be coming from Spider). In all seriousness, that's a twenty minute walk!

Hope to see you there.

Twenty minutes there carrying the tent, twenty minutes back, twenty minutes carrying the cooler, twenty minutes back, twenty minutes carrying the rest of the stuff. 100 minutes total = 1 hour 40 minutes carrying stuff 3 5ths of the way.

I posted somethig like this last year but couldn't find it!

Maybe (If someone is into Video, has a good recorder and likes making up You-Tube video) They could go around the FOTR work sites and take some Video of the work will be doing this weekend along with some interviews as to why we all get together and do this stuff. I'd like to see some video of all the good work FOTR has done so we can counter some of the bad rap off roaders get because of some stupid people.

The Video would need to be aproved before it gets released to make sure it's what we want. Mabe we could get it put on the FOTR and RTF sites.

Just a thought

What Jack said (jtraver). I think a LOT of people are going in 14N05 and camping at Ellis that night...great way to get to the edge of the trail, work the day, enjoy a rockhead dinner, and not strain your broken rig.

77bawls, didn't mean to be flippant, just trying to help.

A while ago someone posted a time lapse vid of a clean up from the begining to the end. Not sure how it was done, but that would be the thing to do. Set up a cam with an overall view of the work site and flim the whole day. Then make the vid in fast forward.

From what I gather you head towards WW and right before you hit the trail you keep going on the paved road for a while.

Thanks,
Ellis Creek is near the junction of Loon and Wentworth trails. Loon is the most expedient, especially if you're already familiar with it.
