We have a small group going in on the 24th. We'll be hitting the trail about noon at Loon and going as far as Buck Island. I have a burgandy CJ7 with a blue windshield frame and my buddy has a big Purple Yota. You're welcome to tag along

If you're trying to get to Sourdough Hill you should goin from the Tahoe side.

I do not have a report of the amount of snow on the trail to Sourdough Peak. And I'm curious about a grave stone in that area. I've never heard of one.

If you want to wait I'm heading in from tahoe side the 25th the only thing is I'm not heading in till late the 25th I might sleep in the tahoe side staging area and head in the early morning the 26th depending on snow levels your more than welcome if you can hold off till then to join me. other then that tread lightly and be say the con is tricky with snow for a first timer
