As far as the foam. I really took about an hour to do. Was real easy. Just take your time when cutting. My cuts aren't perfect but good enough.

Iíve got plenty of thick army surplus foam bedrolls and discarded yoga mats. I think I found a new use for them.

Possibly.

But I really like it. I would argue that that doing this saves time in the long run. Always know where a tool instead of banging around in a drawer looking for the right extension. You can see in my other pics I used a pegboard on the wall. Really happy with the setup.
