Step up Transformer / power supply

I’m having trouble finding a transformer.

I need to step up for from 120 to 277. (277 is one leg of 480 to neutral)

Any guidance?

(Sorry for the potato pic, it still has the wrapper, so it came out like shit. It says 277v / 60Hz /1phase. 0.97 amps)

https://catalog.larsonelectronics.co...77-Transformer

Something like this would work. Looks pricey. You could shop around it was just the first thing that popped up on google and its also rated for outside.

Thanks,

150VA or 1500VA, so much for middle ground.

whatzit?

lots of things don't really care being run on slightly different voltage
also, if you see any transformers on craigslist that have multiple taps on one winding but are otherwise unsuitable (like 2:1 ratio or whatever) you can ignore the other winding and just use the one side as an autotransformer to step up a little

Itís a fan powered HEPA filter with speed control. Designed for a cleanroom ceiling system.
