Options:
1. Add some leaves to stock samurai front spring packs.
2. Jeep yj leafs. They come in 4 and 5 leaf packs.
3. I’m sure there are other springs to use but I’m fond of the rubicon express 1.5” YJ leafs. $150 each new and they work well.

We need more information.
Are you on stock axles?
Are you planning on swapping to stronger axles with the spring?
Are you running spring over?

Also how much fab work are you willing to do? Lots of springs will work, but a long wide spring will take more fab work.

If using YJ springs, Old Man Emu sells a soft, medium and heavy load version. I would think that the Jeep 4.0 and the Chevy 4.3 are somewhat close in weight. The Jeep guys use 5.7 and 6.0 engines pretty often with leaf springs. If it works under the heavier Jeep, you should be able to find a setup that works for you.

A Chevy v8 probably weighs less than the 4.0 in-line six so holding up the 4.3 would be no problem. I remember v8 swapping my old xj and gaining height up front from weight difference.
