A friend in hs put one of those trans in his 77 K5 Blazer. Think he spent like $3500 all said and done back in like '98 doing it. With 4.88s it crawled well, but thats about it. Shifted like shit.

The problem with posting facebook is you don't post where the vehicle is or how to get a hold of the owner for us non facebook users

The problem with not having Facebook is if you don't have an account you can't correspond with these people. I get that. Most don't put contact info in the add. So for someone to post a sellers info, they would have to contact them ask for contact info so they could post it hear, for you non Facebook users. The market place on facebook is a vas and well used advertising outlet. If you buy and sell things you really should get an account. I lost track of a car I sold a couple years ago. In 4 hrs. it was found 3 states away and the current owner contacted me. I've sold plenty of stuff and bought several things. The cool thing is the add reaches more and more people every day. As people that see it share it with friends, friends that would be interested in buying said item. I don't know your reasons for not having an account and don't want to start a shit storm about why.

In short If you want the info sign up instead of crying about someone not posting contact info for something you probably don't intend on buying anyway. Also if you really want to buy the truck let me know and i'll try to see if I can get the info for you.
