200k on a 7.3 psd Anything to look for?

Found a crew cab 4x4 7.3 with a 6 speed manual for $7000. Base truck with manual windows and rubber mats. Anything I should be wary about?

Wiring under the vavle covers, cps (cheap fix, carry a spare). HPOP. How was the coolant maintained? Know well how the truck was used; light, heavy, abused? ZF's are ok transmissions, what kind of clutch is in it? Unit bearings on the front end are a hassle, but IIRC my '03 had manual hubs which is good. Those are the main things to look for.

I would start by loosening the oil cap while running and see if it stays there.
