seams like this thuck have all the ford problems

been dealing with wiring electrical issues since i got it
it would not turn off power to door , wipers would go off on their own
relays clicking etc

i pulled a pilar trim off when i wanted to add handle and one day i saw leak
the windshield leaks like craze and ive read its pretty common to leak and drip onto GEM and itll cause all kind of weird shit im experiencing

also the truck smells like swamp donkey so i pulled out the carpet

fcking nasty shit
i found about 6$ in change, pretty cool flask with shit still in it
walky talkie and shotgun shell

truck runs great,
did bunch of small stuff over past few weeks

re-sealed the windshield ,i didnt remove the glass only pulled the decorative moulding and cleaned the groove and filled it with 3m windshield adhesive
i laid down masking tape and had the adhesive overlap 1/4" on the body and on the glass .
its been raining and haven't had any leaks in the cab .now the fuse box and GEM module is safe .
random battery draining and clicking relays is also gone

got new batteries
i replaced coolant temp sensor
blower resistor along with connector as they were melted together
installed my old pioneer head unit

i swapped GEM module from my gaser f250 but have to swap it back as now my wipers don't work right only turns on on high speed and dont go off till i turn the truck off, washer works its also 2001 mine is 99

the other day i noticed clunking in front
and found bad u joint on driver side
i had bad wheel bearing on that side as well
ordered wheel hub, seals and u joint and hopefully stub shaft is still good

there was some confusion o what hub /seals to get as there is early 99 and later design of the hub one is 13mm and other 10mm flange
and need to get coresponding rotor with each hub to make up diference
i have some new rotors i had around from 2001 f250 so ill use those

i ended up getting Timken 515020 its the later model hub with abs sensor , my truck doesn't have abs in front ,but research said to get this anyway as you can use the abs sensor hole to grease up the bearing and its cheaper than old style hub

also there are 2 designs of the knuckle seals, older design fit newer axle but not the other way around so i had to find out which i need

part # for seals and u joint
Spicer 50381 Knuckle Seal
Spicer 50491 Axle Shaft Seal
Spicer SPL55-3X U-Joint Kit
