Trailer Leaf Springs/Spring Clamps

Busted a leaf on the trailer heading to the last wheeling trip. Replaced the broken spring in the Hotel parking lot.

Replacing all 4 springs and the shackles with new stuff.

Found this kit with greaseables and 1/2 thick shackles
https://www.amazon.com/MORryde-UO12-.../dp/B007HRICH2

Here is the question.
On the springs (double eye), which way does the spring clamp go ? Towards the fixed end or towards the shackle ? Or maybe one goes to the fixed and the other to the shackle ?

On my PJ trailer both sides are different. So I am not sure which way to mount the springs.

Not finding info on the `net because the pictures don't show Front/Rear Left/Right. Not seeing any consistency so far.

Any help would be appreciated.

don't think it matters but I'd run them towards the front.

Double-eye end should go on the fixed side of the spring, so if the main leaf breaks, the axle won't fall out from under the trailer.
