Its a C7500, if its like this one: https://www.truckpaper.com/listings/...-topkick-c7500 the front axle is rated for 8k and the rear axle is rated for 19k
If the curb weight is 16k, he has 11k of capacity to haul that 14k truck.

In case y'all didn't know, these are Mexicans, long bed trucks, usually half tons, with the huge racks, they buy all the appliances, bikes, truck tires, name brand toys, clothes etc and take them back to the motherland to sell
