That's what you get when you are all over the bump stops for the entire drive.

That’s how the trailer park makes the local news without having a meth lab explode, someone getting shot, or a tornado coming through.

Be interesting to see where it actually failed. Most people turn them into a banana and then upgrade so you don't see many catastrophic failures.

Agreed. I had a 90's F150 I did that to. The axle actually smiled at me and it bounced back to flat once I unloaded it. Something about a 8 foot bed loaded to the rails with sand might have had something to do with it.

I've done the same thing with dirt and bricks but never thought to look at the axle.

Once you're on the bump stops the wheel ends have substantially more leverage over the housing. One good bump in the road and it's not bending back which is probably what happened here.

Pretty sure she's grounded hard on the trailer hitch. That tire's not doing anything at this point. No load on it.

I repaired 2 bronco 8.8 that spun the tubes at my last job. One in aug, one in feb.

Both v8 auto trans 90's broncos. One spun up, one spun down.

Fuck 8.8 in trucks

It looks like the pumpkin is the lowest point now. But I wouldn’t trust that rusty 30 year old hitch, either.
