Looks like a carpet liner maybe coming loose? Would explain the lack of a gooseneck hitch being it had a camper.

Its not dumb if it works right? Right?

Had to move one of my trailers across the property.

Little big, not too dumb other than I don't have a pintle on the jeep so I just chained it to the ball.

If the trailer is in good shape it can probably handle that power unit. The axles would be 10 or 12k each. Could have better managed the pin weight.
