FJ Cruiser Frame Dimensions

Anyone happen to have this on hand?

Trying to throw a materials list together for frame reinforcement and having the frame dimensions file would be VERY useful! Toyota's info page isn't loading for some reason and i'm somewhat in a time bunch here. any help would be GREAT!

time bunch - i have 2 rigs... the bigger ford and the FJ. the ford is a 2000 1 ton 7.3... that has a D50 solid instead of a D60... and it snapped a stubby and ripped it's knuckle to shreds...

the other is the FJ... aaannnddd i've got frame cracking at the motor mounts

again, any help with the file would be AWESOME!

Can't help with frame measurements, but I know DMZ Fab sells motor mounts/mount gussets that might help you? Here's an article on the weak mounts/DMZ fix: The DMZ Cure - Fixing Broken Toyota Motor Mounts - Off-Road Magazine

Should be included in the FSM, at least it is in the 80's.

I believe this is the link I downloaded from, but can't access to see.

http://www.2shared.com/document/zvSw...7_factory.html

If memory serves, the WMS on the 60s is 62", and the FJC OE is 61", but the front drop is wrong, but don't quote me. Believe the discussion happened here on PBB and I started thread, for easy searching.

thanks a ton guys!

i needed the full frame dimensions, not just the mounts. since i'm going to be exposing the frame anyway, i might as well do all of it.

i also needed full frame dimensions specifically for my new links. -spoiler alert- i'm making my linkage hug around the frame while at full compression and making them out of flat bar with the lower and upper sides doing a 1/4" wing out. the inner side facing out will be fully engraved on all lower links. in order for me to get it to hug the frame the right way, i needed the full frame dimensions so i could plot it all out in CAD first.
