Question 64 Toyota Landcruiser, "F" engine, valve stem seals

To the Land Cruiser's, I'm attempting to fix a "smoking" problem on this "F" engine. I've tested the compression and it was satisfactory and even. There is very little slop in the valve guide to stem clearance. I'm going to replace the valve stem seals. Do I go with a rubber/ umbrella valve stem seal or a "positive -stop" valve stem seal? My research indicates to use a umbrella type seal. Your opinions are appreciated. Thanks ,Mongoman

You might want to post this in the Land Cruiser section.
