Smile Hey Utah guys

I am looking at a '76 cruiser on ebay in Draper
Most of the mods/work was done by DJ's and was
wondering if any of you are familiar with their work
and or ths particular cruiser. Gracias for the 411!

There was a time (When I thought Cruiser Outfitters was gone forever and I didnt do my own work) That DJ's was were I planned on going, from what I have heard, he was/is slow but does excellent work.

FYI, all the Cruiser guys in Utah at one time or another worked with/for each other it seems.

I've seen Djs work, and it looks nicely done. Too bad his shop closed, though. He strikes me as an honest guy, and with good reputation.

He even went throught the trouble to return
my call this evening, same day, and with his
shop going out of business. How many shops
would make that kind of effort?

I have a friend who also has a rig for sale that dj did alot of work on. He (my friend) is moving again and really needs to sell his rig.
Check it out on my web site before you buy. It's a good deal

I work(ed) for DJ for the last LONG while. He is sometimes slow on his turnaround time, gue a lot to the fact that we are perfectionists. Nothing was EVER just painted and shipped.
I did most, if not all of the wiring and diagnostics on stock to built up rigs. All wiring was, well, done the right way for every different circumstance. Usually soldered and heat shrink on the permanent factory repairs or builds. And heat shrink and corrosion preventative grease on every connection.

Bottom line is DJ does not do half ass work in any situation.
And a lot of the time, if the customer couldn't afford what we recommended, we would at least return the vehicle to a safe
and non-flammable state of drivability!

Yeh, it's to bad we are out of that shop. I have a shop in N. Orem that I will be doing all Cruiser and 4x4 repair. So for all of the past clientelle(sp?) will have an option.

DJ will continue to do fab work. This should be operational within about 5-6 mos.

If I can help in anyway, please let me know how I may be of service to you and your Cruiser or other 4x4.

I'll second that there are only a few times that my junk has been in someone else's hands and his are one of them. I would totally trust his work/him, hell I even had him work on my Blaze
