Hopefully picking my FJ40 stretch project this weekend from the metal worker. All new 1/2 tub made and patched some of the front. I will finish it out with a LS drivetrain and tons.

I just pulled my front 60 out
Relocate upper front link brackets 3 " closer together for a little more triangulation
Add weld washers to everything
Build double shear of the knuckles for steering arms
Make tie rod protector. It took some shots this summer

Knocked out the brackets and weld washers ...... Be nice to have a tig for those

Building some Super Duty axles for the Pig, It gets a 4.30-1 ratio 37 spline pinion Sterling with E-locker for the rear, and a 60 for the front with probably a welded carrier .

Got a ways to go ......

I cut those 55 gal drum fenders off since this pic was taken

Too much to work on.

I have to bury this sucker:

I have to get wiring and plumbing done on this so I can drive it:

Then there is this poor guy:

That got a hell of a heart(turbo 5.3):

That has big feet(43" TSL SX):

Never mind all the house projects I have to catch up on because the wife is a bit pissed about:

I think the mail box was a fun challenge Each of the shingles was hand plasma cut and welded on.

The 43s aren't stickies. They will get to see a bit if road time to get to the Rubicon about 30 miles down the road I also bought them more to mock up suspension than as actual final tire choice.
