I shipped the original box back to trail gear last week. They wanted it back to disassemble it and inspect it for problems. Just waiting to hear back from them.

Any updates? I'm curious if Trail Gear has figured out a solution to something they should have known all along...

still no solution from TG? ......... kind of shocked your new t-case didn't come with a bungee cord and stickers to help it stay in gear as part of a "updated shifter package" ha ha........ i have a customers truck doing something similar only its not popping out of low nearly as often as yours is.

I’ve been refunded my money by visa so I don’t really care if they get a fix now. I will never trust this trail gear case. I’m gonna take this out and get Marlin if it’s ever available again.

Ya, it can't hurt. Tell them they would have had your order if they had parts in stock as well.

I agree the guys in back seem to know their product from experiance unlike trailmart.
And 'Boy, as a yota guy I have to agree with the second part,
"you cannpt sell what you do not have on the shelf"
Plain shame t.g. cannot support their own products.

At this point you're probably better off biting the bullit and going Atlas.
Marlin couldn't give me an eta for 4.7 gears, shifters or a 23 spline doubler. I even offered to just buy a complete doubled case and they said they couldn't do it.

I was going to say that too. Kinda overkill for an ifs truck on 35s, but as we all know, it'll probably have 60s and 42s before too long.

My buddy built his Taco waaay back when Atlas was pretty much the only option. Still on 35's, Total Chaos LT, blah, blah.
Been from Cabo to Canadia, out to the desert, spent a couple years in Bend,, Chico and Pismo area.
Know what never breaks? Atlas
Cry once.

I hear you, personally I think toy parts are pretty much a waste of money these days. By the time you polish out some dual cases and Toyota axles, you could have budget 609s and an Atlas. My next rig might have a Toyota engine and trans, but that's probably it.
