I figured they were talking about the Saavy Gladiator above. Any others spend the last year getting dialed?

No idea. It may be a stock mod? Hell Dave Cole raced it in Baja, it may have its own class.

Saw it approaching the arch as the leaders were starting to finish. Huge improvement, very glad to see!

Getting lots of screen time now.

Thatís a lot of truck on little tires to be pushing through a rock garden in full race trim.

No, but I'd say he did waaay better than anybody expected. With a little more seat time in the rocks he will probably be a top 5 car next year.

He looked like he was going very slowly in the easy sections, much slower than I would expect and it makes me wonder if they were having issues.

Yes the car held together much better this year, but it's a heavy pig that will always be a handful in the rocks. Remember these guys are running much more tire PSI than we would be out farting around. When I ran Hammer trails I'd be in single digits to get it to hook up. I doubt he'll ever be able to finish under the time limit.

We will have to place a friendly wager on that for KOH 2021. He made it much farther than I had ever imagined he would this year after only going 25mi last year. That's pretty respectable considering he had zero seat time in that thing since last year. With some practice he should so alright.

I’m honestly really impressed. These guys are working hard, and it shows. From the ground up, it’s been awesome watching this. I hope next year is even better. Keep up the awesome work, you guys kicked ass out there this year!
