and bridge over the diff armor so your truss is full length, im not sold on the diff armor doing the job of a truss

and save up for ARB's the ARB carrier is huge and greatly reduces the carrier deflection. once i went to a HP 3rd with arb 5.29s and solid pinion spacer i no longer broke gear sets several times a year , weak link became chromo birfs

10 months to go and you're already 70% done, you should get a ton of testing time. Looking forwards to seeing this beat a V8 4Runner

I think that if it's a long bed bobbed to a short bed length it would be within the class rules since it was an offering in that model year.

Started working on the traction bar axle mount. I recycled the trac bar from my old truck. I also started getting the hydro assist steering going.
Cardboard template.

Draw it out.

Cut it out.

Weld it together.

Tapped IFS steering box.

Hydro assist ram and ram stuff.

Cooler and reservoir.

IFS box in place.

Looking real good! May want to add some additional braces to the shock hoops. They like to rip off the stock frame without plating.

Now we just need some events in the PNW!

Shock hoops will definitely get some braces after I get the air bumps mounted. The first event for this truck will be the ReiterRockCrawl in July.

Do the drag-link heims bind without high-misalignment spacers?

Yes and the pitman arm is too long also. I ordered a shorter pitman arm and the hardware to fix the heim joint issues.
