Pretty saturday morning, grind, chisel, pb blaster, slam....bearings come right off.

This. Grind ‘em thin with an angle grinder on opposite sides. Split with a cold chisel.

Bearings now drive out with a few much gentler blows of the shaft end on concrete. Leave all the drum brake components on the end, shoes and all. You want the weight.
