Sweet! I'm planning a similar chop as well, only leaving the back seat in place.

I swear you people make me sick... Some of us with trucks are looking to get more room and you freaks with 4Runners keep making them in to trucks.... WTF is the point?

It's called departure angle I'd like to have a decent one and this is what I have to work with. I would love to have a PU w/a flatbed, but I'm not up to changing out my entire drivetrain. Now it your rig was still on all 4's we could talk....dammit!

Im rewelding up the floor behind the drivers seat and im going to install x-cab rear seats, small but will do the job, then i am still putting a 3-4 foot flat bed behind that.
Thanks for posting BONES!!!

How they hell would I trade mine? I'm not getting rid of ANY of my drivetrain, I'd have to buy another truck, and swap over all my shit, then do what with the 4runer? Swap all the other shit into it and then try selling it for pennies since it's all cobbled up? Not worth my time when you think about it is it?

I would use a pickup body, but why, there is not a straight pannel on my rig, and i have been driving my rig for years, to many man hours invested, suspension mods, memories etc.... so in a nice way and no offence to anyone, but .....GO TO HELL!!!! also why be like everyone else. it pays to be different in this hobby!!! dont you all aggree???

Cause my 'Runner is registered as a station wagon...cheaper registration, cheaper insurance, no lift laws, no bumper laws, no mudflap laws...no WAY I'm going back to a PU!
