Yeah, what is the torque spec for the PS cooler? Mine keeps come loose, so I tighten it until it strips, then I back it off a quarter turn. Is that right?

Progress, some tube and body work.

It's a tight fit but nothing is touching sheet metal yet!

I knew I left a hole in my ceiling for more than just attic space

I think I'll bend tube outside, not worth cutting a hole in the ceiling
Rig is looking great

I remember checking out your build thread about this time last year wishing you would come fix the floor on my 83 that I was building, lol.

Cross tubes, they will be removable with ID tube clamps

dismounting the iroks the cheap way

body work is a dirty job

off the truck cage pics are always cool looking

After a bunch of wet sanding it was finally time to throw down some color.

Bright fucking green!

After clear coat, the hood and fenders will be finished after the cage is done. The fenders may need some more work to fit around the front tube.

I like how you incorporate the tube into the rear fender. Nifty idea indeed. Two-thumbs up for top-notch work.

Back from a 900 mile round trip and wheeling some excellent trails at SMORR. The truck was finally ready to get packed up at 5 am after working all night to get the transmission back in and some little stuff wrapped up. It took us 12 hours to get there after a few minor pit stops for little issues. It only took us 8 hours to get back.

Some more pictures from last week.

Plate tied into the door hinge

Tube work under the front fender

Shock hoops and chained motor mounts

Main input bearing had about half inch of play in it. Lots of metal in the fluid just from running for about 30 seconds.

Finishing up the rear bumper

Don't worry, I cut the receiver down

Packed up and ready to head out. 3 people and all the gear including event t-shirts for Howiepalooza. 900 mile round trip.

Setting up camp and some pics before it gets destroyed on the trail(I did make it home without any body damage)

A few wheeling pics, I don't have many with my camera.

Don't stop at this place, it is definitely not "worth stoppin' for." We couldn't find any funny things to bring back with us.
