ARP and be done. Were you still using the studs that came in the kit with the arms?

Yup, threads on the all thread are distorted and the passenger knuckle bolt was broken in half. Should be good now, and hopefully they come in quick.

The large all thread bolt? I am trying to find a cheap source for an 8" 3/4" grade 8 bolt.

Yup, I just went ahead and ordered both from Artec. I couldn't find anyone with one that long in stock. You could possibly special order it from fastenal or the bolt store?

Both of those didn't have bolts with a long enough shank to keep threads all the way through the knuckle.

I broke all of my easy outs trying to pull two studs out. And don't have the bits to drill them. It's just laughing at mine.

First time out of the shop in 8 months. Have a few odds and ends to do, along with mounting my winch but it's almost ready for the shakedown run next weekend.

I plan on adjusting the coilovers in the rear to lower it down some. As of now, I'll leave the front alone with 6.5" of uptravel. Still need to tear apart my bumps to shorten the stroke down to 2" and recharge them.

Looks good with the new wheels and tires. Are you going to put the hood back on?

The hood is going to be a challenge but ultimately I would like to have it back on. It's going to have to be channeled, and cut to shit to clear the crossbar and PS resi. And I hate sheet metal work so I sure it will look like shit when I'm done. It's last on the list.

VisionX housings that I got from marlin. 6k HID bulbs. Direct fit. I think any 7" housing would work.

We were thinking Huntsville, but it looks to be permanently closed. So then we considered BVORR, but it's closed for the year. Down South is a mud pit, so we are limited to either Hidden Falls or Gilmer for a shakedown. Unfortunately both are pretty far for us for a day run. Trying to get ol boomtaco out too, but haven't heard anything from them in several days.

Talked to chris and he has holiday plans this weekend so he is out, but I'm down to go to HF for a day run saturday. I installed my recently cleaned and tested injectors and now it runs better than ever. Have a few odds and ends to wrap up today then it ready to a shakedown. I'll get in touch with you later today.
