JD 2.0 the family wagon

should have started one of these a few years back.
cant seem to find pics from the begging.
but bar with me im not the greatest at this posting stuff

cant seem to find half the pictures during 2007
i built the front and rear axles with 5:29 and EZ locks from sky manufacturing front and rear and also built up dual t cases used marlin 15 degree adapter










then the motor came to fallow

There called cantilever clamps I believe. Got them at our local welder supply store way back when. Try http://www1.mscdirect.com/

Does your tie rod hit your drag link at full stuff? It looks like the box isnt very far forward. I like the paint also. Good job man

Google "Kant twist" and they'll come up. I use them all the time at work and they are very nice

bring this built up to date real quick
pic 1 poser shot
" 2 rebuilding motor put a mild cam in bored/ honed cylinders KB pistons/ rings filled to fit and an adjustable timing gear... new valve and rockers
" 3 rebuilt 22re all finished and in truck
" 4 got her runnin, then took er to work ta test the flex out not to shabby

bought some green seat while painting the cab
made a prety sweet flat bed out 3" channel mimicked a buddy
shortened the frame and added some lights
started some half doors

o YEA... picked up a set of 37" iroks and military beadlocks painted them yelleR HINT HINT JD ... yea thats right John Deere if ya didnt know lol

and NO its not Kermit the frog any more Gees YELOW rims lol i been called it all

about where i am now other than little crap gauges winch etc etc
this or next weekend will start rock sliders and maybe a front bumper as well. ppicked up a 85 4runner im gonna start to build separate get pics of it up later or tomarrow

been a long time but i remember something about you painting it then it rained while it was still wet and i think someone threw some tarps over it or something

yea my mom thought she would b nice and tarp it for me so the tarp stuck to the paint. where u been the jeeps been parted out for a few years now hes built a runner... its broke but yea. look up
