Coming on the market soon. This home is located approximately 7 miles east of Placerville in the Oak Hill area. Very private but easy commute to Hwy 50. On 7.1 very useable acres, 4300 sf with lots of amenities, built in 1996. Includes 3700 sf shop/barn. Public water and 45gpm well. This is beautiful, almost flat acreage, lots of walnut trees for shade. Perfect if you have horses. The shop is finished, water and 220 electrical, and includes a second story that is sheetrocked, lots of granny flat potential. If you want more info PM me. Tim

Vertigo has helped get me two houses in the area... one in Placerville and one outside of Georgetown.

He was beyond helpful on both houses.

Wow. That is sweet.

If you don't mind, why are you moving?

Although I built the home, it's actually my In-laws. My mother in-law is not able to maintain the property by herself anymore and is ready to downsize. It's listed on MLS if you are interested in more pictures.
