$3.5MM assuming 5 times EBITA suggests they generate $700,000 in earnings every year?

FYI

I don't have enough posts to give a link but google search :hot springs highway 70 bypass extenstion"

Supposedly the route for the bypass has not been selected but the word on the street is the bypass is going through the park, not sure on the exact location of where it will go through it. Funding isn't there till 2019. Construction supposed to start in 2020.

That's terrible news. It's one of my favorite places to wheel.

UPDATE

I went and wheeled there this past weekend. I asked the lady who works in the office about the bypass and she said that the only thing that should change is it should be easier to access the park. However she did say that there may be an overpass that goes over one of the trails on the other side of the road. If anyone here has ever wheeled the other side of the road from the office then they know those trails are really meant for SXS and dirt bikes. All the good wheeling on the office side "should" be here to stay.

It is privately owned land that is held by Hot Springs OHV which is comprised of 12 investors most of whom have owned it since 2002. The majority of them have moved past wheeling and are getting up there in age. There are a few who still have a roll with the operations and actually visit to enjoy their baby. But for the rest it's just a part of their past.

It would be great if someone with some passion would step up.

They need a situation like what Adventure Offroad had in TN. Major league baseball pitcher Shawn Kelley who loves to wheel bought that park. Has plenty of money to make upgrades and is passionate about 4 wheeling. Hot Springs is a great park but could be even better with some new blood running/financially backing it.
