Any FL Law Enforcement Officers going to Moab?

I've got a rig I bought in UT with OHV plates but would like to get it titled in FL. It's a '84 Scrambler without the extensive mods to make it legal for street plates in UT. However it would be very street legal in FL. Problem is UT will not release the title back to me until it passes UT requirements which means I can not bring the title out here to FL and get it tagged UNLESS a FL LEO can validate it as able to pass a FL inspection. Anybody going to Moab this year in the near future? I'll be there in Feb and March for EJS and would be glad to compensate you for your trouble to look it over and fill out a page of paperwork for me. Promise to make it real easy, worth your while and painless for you.

Can't you apply for the title in Florida?

We don't certify vehicles for inspection, all we do is verify the vin if you can't bring it to the tax collector when applying for a title. Any vehicles needing any type of inspection has to go through Tallahassee. What does the actual title say on it?
