Golden Mountain, who has been?

http://www.goldenmountainpark.com/

Looks like the Great Smokey Mountain Trail Ride (Toyota Event) will be held here. I was wondering about the terrain and trails.

Wondering if it is a Cruiser or a buggy place.

Anyone?

Buggy and Cruiser. There's something for all. I think you'd be fine with a buggy. Plenty of good trails. Talk to Woodlee. He took his buggy up there last Dixie Run. Try Booty Hill aka Bounty Hill and report back

edit: list of trails

Gmp

This is a great place to ride. They got all types of trails. The park has plenty of parking/RV hookups/pavilions/showers.

I will say that I highly recommend a decent map for night runs and plenty of provisions for when you run out of gas. You will also need plenty of gas for the oval track If that wasn't the highlight of everyone's trip I'd love to see what was. You and Brian need to get ready for next year. I may actually throw my hat in the ring for the big race

I'll just i still get a laugh thinking about the ride at Golden Mountain Park. Just search GOlden Mountain Dixie Run on you tube! The owners opened the track up and turned on the lights and it was on!

If you do deside to go hit Droopy up. Might have a place where you can stay. Great place to ride and Rocky is a cool dood to deal with.
