Smude Pot - KOH

Ok, I need your help .. I see these damn smudge pots everywhere when I come down to the US but cant seem to find one.

Would anyone like to bring an extra one to KOH for me? I don't know what they are worth so let me know your asking price. Obviously the better the condition the more I'd be willing to pay.

Thanks!

Joey

Edit: Smudge Pot/Orchard Heater/whatever haha

There is usually a dude cruising around in a clapped out Chevy selling them.

They really are the most kickass little heaters.

Worked in a Shop that all we had for heat were Orchard Heaters- AKA Smudge Pots - LOL , worked great for what they are , FWIW here is a link borrowed from the WEB https://www3.epa.gov/ttnchie1/ap42/c...al/c9s02-3.pdf , don't get any water mixed in with the Diesel or Kerosene what ever you use as the Dammed Thing will start Dancing around

Don't know if he still sells them, but here's a number to reach out to: 909.702.6995

Bought one from that dude for the guys at d^2 racing and hauled it out for them two years ago.

sadly I can't remember the seller's name. he's in my phone contacts as "smudge pot". I'm almost positive his Instagram handle is "smudgepot_usa" though. That's how the Denver crew found him.

Price was right around $100 but it's all depending on condition.

edit1: he's only about a 1.5hr detour from the hammers. city is "Fontana" and he's about 10 min off the 15 freeway just south of the 215/15 interchange.

yeah the year I bought the one for d^2 he hadn't thought of doing the deliveries. maybe he just needs to have a vending booth in hammertown?

happy to hear it might pan out for you.

If we’re in the same spot we were last year were right by ya, swing by the Maxxis trailer, I believe the boss man has the guy with the Chevys number. He dropped 4-5 off at the semi for us last year.
