In process of a 241 swap, UCF "no body lift" skid and LoPro mount. 1" BL already installed
Tryin to figure out where to cut/trim/mod this thing into the factory mount bracket and I notice that the LoPro will bolt straight to the trans and line up with the 2nd/forward set of slots in the skid

Is there a reason no one mentions this in write ups? Something Im missing?

I am not sure exactly what the question is, but I can confirm that there are two different mounting locations in the skid plate for early TJ's depending on whether they were manual or auto. I had an AX15 in my TJ with a home built flat belly skid plate. When I swapped to an auto (32RH) it required a different set of holes made that were forward (as I recall) of the originals.

Yep forward is for the Autos
It also lines up with the UCF LoPro mount

All the write ups Ive seen modify stuff to use the rear mounting location, I just dont see why....
