Check out Suzuki Racing Development. I bought one of their single underdrive pulleys for my 1.0L Metro motor that I'm installing in my LJ20.

This is on the assumption that the 1.3L Samurai one is the same as a 1.3L Metro engine/crank set-up.

I believe that is a serpentine pulley not a V-belt. Now that you have one does it have enough meat to machine a V belt groove in it?

may be a dumb question, why not upsize or downsize the other pulleys such as the alternator? I am guessing far easier to find???

Why do you need an undersized pulley? Do you run a twin cam fire breathing monster at 10k RPM? What percent underdrive do you need? Did I miss something in your setup that needs underdrive? If I needed one I would spin one out on the lathe. Do you have a buddy who has a lathe? Trade him something to make one or learn how yourself.
Do the math on the pulley setup you want and tell us what you gain by it.
I might be able to help if you really need it.

I am looking to gain a little power. I am installing a 2 row aluminum radiator with a electric fan. My plan is to be able to run down the highway a little better. With the 2 row aluminum radiator the electric fan should not need to come on and between the underdrive pulley and the loss of the stainless direct drive flex fan I should be able to pick up 6 or 7 hp. That would be a 10% gain in power. I removed the direct drive fan and drove it down the road for a short run and the power difference was nice.
