have a 1.8 in my buddys zuk and the motor was feeling tight so we pulled the pan off and found 1 of the bearings that go between the block and the crank had come out and the hole crank has pushed forward and the counter balance weights on the crank are rubbing the block motor has 120xxx on it and maybe 50 miles of beating has anyone had this problem and what could cause this

I never seen this problem before, and I have worked for suzuki for 4 years, but I might be able to help you out . I have a 98 1.8 sport long block setting in my garage, the timming chain tensioners went bad , but everthing else is fine [40k on motor], if you need it for parts, I'll part with it for $150.00 .
