And drove it

Rear PTO winch and pintle hook for trailer.

CB

Made a top and doors for it

Don't need to get out to fuel it up

Towing it's trailer

Now I'm building it's 3rd front differential. First Dana 25 that it had was junk, swap in a dana 27 with bigger brakes and same gears. Ring and pinion were blown the fawk up. Now I'm buiding another Dana 25 with good gears and the 27's old hubs and brakes.
Wishlist includes Holbrook long leafs and TSL 32's

Nice to see those old jeeps brought back to life. Oustanding job!
Do the headlights have some sort of guard on them? In the second to last pic it looks like a guard on the headlight.
Are the big lights on the fenders standard for that model or was that just an add on?
Again nice build.

NICE, great job !! A treat with the M416 behind it.

Is it me or does the cage look tall ?

Bet 90% of the folks here would not know a Bultaco if it hit them between the legs. Pursang, Matador or perhaps a Sherpa ?

Thanks man, not much old junk floating on PBB so I figured I'd add mine, I guess it's not hardcore or something :flipoff2:
The headlights have tri bars on them because...well, I thought they looked cool. Theyr'e coming off. There are turn signals in the front of the fenders, 3/4" 1 fillament LED's. The flood light on the fender wasn't stock on CJ2A's, I added one on as the MB's had a blackout light, and I liked the look. It works pretty good. Just a Hella flood.

Not quite an M416, older then that! M100. I had to make a custom hitch to be able to tow it (Well, it has the Lunette and Pintle, I have the pintle on the Jeep but had to make a reciever for it) otherwise it'd hit my PTO winch in the cable :homer:

The cage is tall... I'm only 18 but I'm 6'3, that's the second cage. I'll be re making it soon here. The first time I kept bonkin my dome piece on the spreader bars. I don't like how tall it is now.
As for the Bultaco, it was a Pursang that I did more work on then my dad (it was his bike) until we got Japanese bikes :( He sold the big blue beast back to a buddy who had a Pursang, an Alpina, 2 matadors, and some Husqvarna 250's,

Here's the hitch, DOM inside DOM, had a piece of 2.00 .250 wall DOM and 1.500 .250 wall... Turned down the 1.5 to slide into it, drill it for a pin, and it's done. Couldn't do a standard square hitch, the 2.5" OD would be too big, and I didn't like the strength of a 1.25" square, plus how many round hitches do you see...Right above a PTO winch

tail gate with high lift doesn't go all the way down

The day the M100 came home.... It had 1 leaf spring pack from a Jeep and another stock Dunbar Kapple...So it had some funky ass lean going on. Last summer I finally got under it and pulled the shocks. You could expand and compress them with minimal effort. Slide in and out. Buit some heavy duty springs from the original front and rear spring packs from my Jeep, 13 thick, put new bearings in the hubs, new shoes on the parking brakes, some RS5000 shocks that I had laying around from before the Jeep was lifted and it leveled out wonderfully. Paint it khaki and black with red tires and it almost matches the Jeep

Nice job on the Willy's. May not be "hard core" but its certainly a hardcore restoration. Looks really nice, I bet you have a lot of fun with it too!
