Im stripping my 89 $runner(totaled) for parts to go into my 1980 pickup. What will it take to put the bucket seats from the $Runner? The seats in my pickup are just awful. It looks like the brackets mount into the vehicles differently and I was wondering if I would need to do any welding or anything like that. Or does anyone know of a better seat to use that could be bolted in or atleast just a little drilling and bolting. thanks

Just drill holes in your floor, mount the seats with grade 8 bolts and use a big washer on the bottom side.
