This is my first build thread and first build in general so bear with me lol. 23 years old, Long Island, NY. I picked up a 1987 soft top jx and started to tear it apart. After realizing the body was too far gone I decided to source a new body.
Started by plating the frame with drzfab stiffeners and 3/16" plate everywhere else. 4.3 vortex mounted which will later be leaving for a 2003 5.3 lm7.

Ruffstuff 48" dual mount trailing arms

I wanted to add this is, I originally planned on 1999 f250 sterling and 03 f350 d60, found a fresh set of 2011 SD axles and I jumped on them. 4.88 gear is lowest I can go on the 2011s but I got a sweet deal, so we add more HP

old body..... but I had a buddy over at CrawlWorks Fab design me something personal for my rear truss and he killed it! TMR trailing arm lower mounts and Artec high upper mounts.

hey Mate!
That is quite a fun thing yet tedious!

Where are you sourcing all the Gypsy parts from?
I know some guys in India who have been exporting all around the globe. If you want then can hook you up with them!
