I started gathering parts for a vortec swap into my '91 toyota, but school has robbed me of my great ideas. So, here is what I am selling:
2000 Vortec 4.3 engine - with complete wiring harness (But no computer) for $800 OBO. It has only 19,000 miles on it, and I have the papers on the s10 truck it came out of. It does have the power steering pump, but no starter or alternator, other than that it is complete from the intake to the pan.
Advacnced Adapters Chevy/Buick to Toyota 5 speed tranny bellhousing adapter with the GM 153 tooth flywheel, clutch, throwout bearing, and the special landcruiser slave cylinder for sale for $350 The flywheel and clutch look a little worn, but the flywheel can probably be resurfaced.
1985? 4.3 engine that needs to be gone through. The guy I bought it from told me he thought it was an '85, but not sure. It has the quadrajet intake manifold also. $100
Ford 4.0 v6 engine I picked up for a future ranger project. I took the intake and one of the heads off, and everything is in great shape, and with a new gasket kit could probably run great. It does have a small crack in the very edge of one of the bolt holes for the intake plenum, but easily repairable. Very complete, with wiring harness, flywheel, exhaust manifolds. $100
I am located in Washougal, WA which is about 20 minutes from Portland, Oregon. I can ship any of these things provided the buyer pays shipping costs.
