q&a:
Q: I have a 05-up dana 60, how do I know which one I have?
A: this kit fits f250-f350 axles, or , 3.73 or 4.10 geared axles, not the larger f450-f550 axle.

Q: do you have a kit for the larger axle?
A: YES! see our ad here..

Q: what is the o-ring groove for?
A: this is the only kit on the market that allows vacuum hub lock retention if desired, by installing an o-ring in the provided groove and drilling the arm for a fitting. instructions are included with each kit.

Q: i'm ready, how does this work?
A: price for the kits is exchange, you send in your stock/unmodified knuckle to us, and we exchange them for a machined set, ready to go..

Q: what is the turnaround time to get a kit?
A: once we have your cores, current time is usually next day. inquire before shipment.

Q: what if my knuckle is modified?
A: if your core is not stock, we can usually machine it (drilled tre for example) but, there is an additional $100 setup fee. inquire before sending in a modded knuckle please!

Q: I'm ready, what do I do?
A: send your core to:

Weaver Fabrication

redding, ca 96002

we can send out kits without yours upfront but a core fee will be added until yours is returned, we allow 30 days to return a stock unmodified core for a full refund.

Q: can I just order off the website?
A: yes! all orders can be now taken on the website : www.weaverfabrication.com

Do these work with only factory knuckles or will they work with Reid knuckles as well? Any issues with a 4.5 backspaced 17x9 Raceline Monster beadlock?
Our kit clears a 5.25" backspacing on a 17" wheel, maybe more depending in wheel/tire combo. Our kit is a cnc machined factory knuckle. Reid is their own thing. Thanks
Bump, by far the strongest kit on the market. Clean and simple, not bulky like weld on stuff. Use a heim or a tie rod. Calculated ackerman, ability to change your linkage legnth or position, and in stock. Give us a call today..

Will your product work with factory wheels?

Axle: 2006

My axle is going under a '94 Bronco; with 105" wheelbase.

Tech query:
How will said Bronco's ackerman steering be affected since your product is ideal for 112" wheelbase?
Your factory wheels should be fine. If you are planning a pass side only kit it won't affect it. If going full hydro, you would have slightly less ackerman than ideal but without knowing what the factory axle had there is no way to compare. Most factory axles were used in several product lines and all had the same parts but different wheelbases..
Have you guys tested the max backspacing on 18" wheels?
No, I would figure 5.5" or so
Got you. Is that with the TRE on top of the arm, bottom of the arm or just the arm?
I need both sides for my 05 axle, just want to confirm that OEM 17” wheels work with these arms with an EMF tie rod end under the arms? Also, are the holes already machined in the arm for TRE or heims?
They should work fine. The tie rod end of the arm is blank. The underside is dimpled with drill reference points.

Awesome, thanks. I’ll be sending my knuckles soon.
