Well I looked and can not find if there are any updates on the 3-1 gears for the 205?????

Its gonna be a while... ive talked to a rep from JB conversions and he said it would probably be over a year before anything happens with it.. it is on the back burner for now.. im assuming it is a hug pain in the ass to get a 3:1 reduction setup to fit in the case. I will probably go ahead and bite the bullet and double mine with a 203 rather than wait..

I emailed JB a couple of weeks ago about a 241 issue and asked about the 3 to 1. John replied that it was at least a year off, if ever.

a stock adapter for ford np435 to np205 is something like 8". can i put a 203 doubler in there instead of that for about the same distance? how much driveline distance am i gonna lose?

Did they have any idea what the 3 to 1 kit would cost? or do you guys think it will be just cheaper to go doubler anyway?

i didnt even ask about cost... hell , i dont think they even have a prototype yet.. Im sure it wont be cheap..
