First off, how difficult to swap to 35 spline outers on a fullsize Chevy Dana 60? Simple bolt in, or will the knuckles have to be honed (or bored) out to fit the shafts?

Also, who offers a hi-steer setup for the same application?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Easy swap on the front 30 to 35 spline stuff, did it last night, all bolt on.

High Steer? I have Sam's. Most of the others are at least as good.

DUCKY!!! Sheeeet I didn't even think who you might be! How's that killer Scout comin?

I am cleaning up the year's trail damage and getting ready for the FWD Big Dog run in Clayton next weekend. Then the whole thing comes apart for the winter for front and rear coils.

Hope you are ready to run by spring when I am. Cya on the trails!

Man it's comin, however slow it may be. But, better to do it right the first time. Its killin me hearing about all these runs and not being able to go. I figure a good month of solid work before its ready to go, which probably means it'll be ready by spring...

Coils sounds sweet, I'm beginning to wish this is what I'd done on the Duck, but I can always change it later. Keep in touch man, come spring it'll take an army to keep me away from Clayton every weekend! Cya!

all you need to swap in the 35 spline outers are the 5 spline outer axles themselves.Just put them on and bolt it all back together...Highsteer arms are readily availbale...offroad design,,offroad unlimited, dynarape, their are bunch of places that make them..Hope this helps .

Don't forget to change the locking hubs.
Might have a little trouble bolting 30 spline hubs onto 35 spline axles.
The warn hubs cost more thatn the 35 spline stub shfts do.
