my wifes grand is spewing water from what appears to be the water pump area. and at low rpms it squeels like something is going out. Water pump shot?

I wouldn't reccomened the O'Smilley's one. I've been through 3 of them for my 2.5L in a year. Thank God for lifetime warranty.

Same thing happened to me in my grand a year back. Sounds like you need a new water pump, not all that bad of a job replacing.
