i happen to have pics of a stock rear 4runner or pickup driveshaft, not sure which old rig its off. it looks like ~50" extended and ~45" compressed. It seems like they should have 4" slip, so I think the extended measurement has very little spline engagement. looks like your gettin a custom shaft to me.
