sorry Nate, asking questions doesnt mean you " here " first. It means you have questions and you dont know yet. I believe its first come first serve. money talks and if he offers up the $ I think the seller wants $ than to answer a question. by the way, hayward today is a lot closer than sac another day.(30 mins vs 1+hrs)just a thought.
