Brad the 73 is not a 4x4. and I have the title and it has been nonop should be no back fees. the same thing for the 78 van and the Nomad. Big Mo most people buy things like the Nomad for them selves, But buying it for your mom is way cool. She would be very proud of you for just the through I'm sure. Maybe some time you will come across the right deal on one, I hope so! Bill
