Just have a quik question, are 1976 Ford D60's frt/rear an ok choice to put under a 1986 CJ7 or would newer D60's be a better choice? I can get a good deal on the pair. Thanks

If the price is right, it's not bad... The front 60 will be a low pinion and have 5-282x U-joints. (Not the typical 5-332x Dana 60 size)

Make sure it's not a 1975.5 axle, as they have 5-86x size u-joints, which is the same length and cap size as a typical Dana 44 u-joint.

Can you get the BOM?

Be aware that the front pumpkin is on the drivers side, so you'll have to get a
different T-case, flip your D300, or retube the front D60 so the diff. is on the
passenger side.
