Make sure it has the proper pitman or steering arm.
Then adjust the drag link. Note: This will change your steering wheel position. There is a mark on the steering shaft wheel end where center is supposed to be. If the steering wheel is aligned with the steering shaft, the wheel should sit center when the axle is properly centered to it.
When they lifted the truck, they may not of corrected for steering. Realistically, the drag link should be almost perpendicular to the ground. If it has a lot of angle, you need a steering arm that accounts for the lift.
