Make sure it has the proper pitman or steering arm.

Then adjust the drag link. Note: This will change your steering wheel position. There is a mark on the steering shaft wheel end where center is supposed to be. If the steering wheel is aligned with the steering shaft, the wheel should sit center when the axle is properly centered to it.

Is there markings that show center? Also how can I tell if its the right drop pitman. Its a 6" rough country lift.

Your draglink should have a slight downward angle to it.

To center the steering wheel, the pitman arm should stick out perpendicular to the frame to start with.

When they lifted the truck, they may not of corrected for steering. Realistically, the drag link should be almost perpendicular to the ground. If it has a lot of angle, you need a steering arm that accounts for the lift.

Towards the front of the truck or rear of the truck? Doesn't seem to have a lot of angle to drag link.

Slightly down towards the axle side.

Just adjust your drag link length.
