I think that officially the '85 manuals are out of print, but I believe if you call the manual sales number (don't have it handy), they still have them available. You dealer can give you a catalog with the phone number on it. There are also lots of places now on the 'net that sell them second-hand.
Duke, I got the Toyota publications 800 number at home...give me a call or send email. I got mine on ebay...just set up an automatic notification on like Toy* 85 manual. They are on ebay pretty frequent...usually sell around $50.
'86 is definetly back in print, don't know about '85 though. Mine should be in tomorrow. They've gone back to two books again, chassis and body.
I just missed out on an original one in great shape in OceanShores at some antique book store, I bet I could've walked in the store and bought it for less than $10 since I'm down there all the time. <IMG SRC="smilies/mad.gif" border="0"> It's now on <a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1175959059">Ebay</a>... <IMG SRC="smilies/rolleyes.gif" border="0">
