i bought this 5 years ago and have spent tons of money on it.. i am the second owner as the truck was originally purchased at don lacefield chevrolet in hillsborough, nc... i have all paperwork and receipts including the original factory build sheet and window sticker... body is in near perfect condition with one small (3/4" x 1.5") surface rust spot near one of the tailgate hinges... the transmission (700r4), transfer case (np208), and rear axle (10 bolt) were rebuilt by waals transmission in durham... the transmission has a heavy duty servo and valve body as well as extra clutch packs in the 3-4 shift pack along with many other tweaks to make this a very strong and reliable transmission... the shifts are firm but not harsh... the transfer case recieved a new chain and seals... the rear axle is fitted with a new eaton posi and new 3.73 gears.. it is still 28 spline... the drivers side vent window is busted and needs to be replaced.... interior is burgandy (normal wear- few small tears in the bucket seats) with power windows and door locks... the cruise control has been removed... the engine is NOT running as i ran out of time and money to work on the engine swap... the engine sitting in it is a 305 out of a 92 rs camaro with ~75k miles all on mobile 1 oil... to be running it needs the distributor put it, plugs and wires, starter, fuel lines and mount electric fuel pump, exhaust (headers included for this), finish bolting up motor mounts, flywheel and bellhousing bolts... the truck has a 4" skyjacker lift kit with springs in the front and blocks in the rear... no shocks as i took them off for another project... 35" bfg mt on rallye rims (tires are chopped up pretty badly as i got them off of my friends tj that had some serious alignment problems)... paint is in good condition and looks great with a good coat of wax... color is black and red with the red being in the middle in a horizontal stripe down the side... the a/c has been retrofitted with r-134 and blows COLD and the heater core has been replaced... also i have removed the stereo but it is set up for an aftermarket cd player....
