Search sucked so I have to ask

I have the axles from a 78 Bronco (44/9") and I would like to swap the rear drums for disks. What is needed for this conversion and where can I find the parts for a reasonable price? Does anyone know of any write-ups for similar projects?

Any PBB members that sell this stuff? I like to kick back to smaller shops when possible.
