I found a GREAT deal on a 92 FJ80. Yea I know the engine is underpowered, but I plan on swapping in a V8 next summer. The big question I have is lockers. I would like to go with the Toy electric, but I know the 92's had SF rear axles. What else is available for the rear? Is there a way (short of swapping in the entire axle) to add the FF flanges similar to the Warn kit for FJ40's? Will the electric locker fit the front axle?

Please help so I can either buy or pass on this awesome Cruiser.

I second that. If it doesn't already have electrics, put ARB's in it.
Or like Nolen said Lockright rear and ARB front.
I personally don't like the stock lockers, but that is just me. When we were looking for our 80, I found 2 that had the electrics and neither worked properly. It was most likely cause the PO didn't even know what they were and never got used.
So if I ever get done spending $$$ on my 40's then the 80 will get ARB's. <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">
